Check-In Requirements and Policies * At the time of check-in, you will need a valid State issued Identification (I.D.) Card, State Driverís License, or a valid Passport. * 21 Years and over only are allowed to check-in for hotel room. Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. * Check-In time will begin at 4:00pm, in the afternoon. * Maximum occupancy for any room will be 4 (four) adults or 2 (two) adults and 3 (three) children. *The physical credit card planned to be used for the reservation is required for an authorization of at least $100.00 per night of the reservation. This authorization will be made so that charges to the hotel room can be made and the phone will be turned on for external calling.
Check-Out Policy * Check-out time is at 12:00pm in the afternoon. * Late charges will apply to all accounts with the check-out time after 12pm noon, at the rate of $45.00 from any time starting 12:01pm to 6:00pm. * Any check out times after 6:00pm will acquire an additional nightly rate based on availability.
Reservation Confirmation * Confirmations for your request(s) are processed within 24 hours after initially making your reservation followed by a confirmation via e-mail. * Please include your credit card information in the response to confirm that you do want the reservation to be active to facilitate the process of your reservation confirmation. * If you did not receive any confirmation after 24-hours, please check your spam filter and junk mail boxes in case confirmation is directed there. *If you would still like an e-mail confirmation please contact the front desk at (562) 434-8451. * To avoid complications at the time of check-in, please read the Check-In Requirements and Policies above.
Credit Card charges and Deposits * Hotel requires a valid credit card number for all reservation types in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The valid credit card number will be asked for you to fill out after receiving an email confirmation from the hotel. * Credit card will not be charged until the day of arrival unless cancellation occurs. For details of cancellation charges, please read the policy under Cancellation Policy. * A Credit Card Authorization Form is required when the person traveling is not the credit card holder and the stay will be one or more nights. We will fax a Credit Card Authorization Form directly to the Credit Card Holder to fill out and submit back with a copy of his/her valid State ID or Drivers License and the credit card, front and back side. Forms must be submitted in advance of the stay for processing. These forms may also be used to authorize incidental charges. When a Credit Card Authorization Form is used, the entire amount authorized will start at $100.00 per day in incidentals (if authorized) will be charged at the time the form is processed.
Rate Guarantee * Room Rate is not guaranteed until reservation is made and credit card information is received. * Rates at the SeaPort Marina Hotel are the same whether you book your reservation at www.seaportmarinahotel.com or over the phone. *Rates are based upon availability and is subject to change at any time. * All promotional rates can be confirmed by calling the Sales Department at (562) 240-8469. * All rates are based on the room type of your preference or based on availability in the hotel. * If you decide to make a change to your reservation later which alters the check-in or check-out date, the rates are subject to change based on availability.
Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made and received by the hotel more than 72 hours prior to the check-in date will not be penalized of any cancellation fee or charge. * Cancellation should be made by 6PM, 72-Hours prior to your booked arrival date to avoid a penalty of equal to one (1) night stay plus room tax in the room type booked per each reservation. * You may cancel your reservation online by clicking here or you may call our reservation desk at (562) 434-8451. Length of Stay * All guests are welcome to lodge here at the SeaPort Marina Hotel for as many as 28 days. * Hotel offer rates available for groups/corporate businesses planning to stay longer than 28 days and is based on availability. Hotel Guest Parking * All hotel guests are waived of the parking fee. Permits are required for all cars parked on hotel's parking spaces. * DAILY / MONTHLY PARKING PERMITS are available and is based on space availability. * Policy is strictly enforced. All cars without a valid and visible permit are subject to be TOWED-AWAY at vehicle owner's expense.
No Pet Policy * We do not allow any pets inside guest rooms for the purpose of our housekeeping cleaning schedule and for our guest's comfort. A violation fee will apply to your bill at check out. This policy is waived only for persons assisted by a seeing-eye dog (must bring valid certification upon check in).
