Check-In Requirements and Policies * At the time of check-in, you will need a valid State issued Identification (I.D.) Card, State Driver’s License, or a valid Passport. * Check-In time is at 4:00 p.m. Should you make a request for early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate such request. * Maximum occupancy for any room will be 4 (four) adults or 2 (two) adults and 3 (three) children. *The credit card used at the time of booking your reservation is required for an authorization of up to $150 (DEPOSIT) plus the estimated total stay (room rate and tax per night). Authorization may be taken at time of booking or registration.
Check-Out Policy * Check-out time is at 12:00pm in the afternoon. * Late Check Out is after 12:00pm. A Late Check Out fee will apply to your stay at the full nightly rate. * Extending your stay of additional night(s) is subject to Hotel availability. Full nightly rate will apply.
Reservation Confirmation * Confirmations for your request(s) are processed within 24 hours after initially making your reservation followed by a confirmation and cancellation policy via e-mail notification. * Should you need to make any changes to your reservation, call Front Desk at (562) 434-8451 so an agent is able to assist you better.
* If you did not receive any confirmation after 24-hours of booking, please check your spam filter and junk mail boxes in case confirmation is directed there. * If you would like for Hotel to send you an e-mail confirmation, please contact the front desk at (562) 434-8451. * To avoid complications at the time of check-in, please read the Check-In Requirements and Policies above.
Credit Card charges and Deposits * Hotel requires a valid credit card number for all reservation types in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. * Credit card will be used to make a deposit of one night of room plus tax in order to guarantee a reservation. For details of cancellation charges, please read the Cancellation Policy. * A Credit Card Authorization Form is required when the person occupying the room is not the credit card holder. We will fax/email a Credit Card Authorization Form directly to the Credit Card Holder to complete and submit back with a copyof his/her valid State ID or Driver's License and credit card (front and back side). Forms must be completed and returned to Hotel prior to arrival for processing. These forms may also be used to authorize incidental charges.
Rate Guarantee * Room Rate is not guaranteed until reservation is made and credit card information is received. * Rates at the SeaPort Marina Hotel are the same whether you book your reservation at www.seaportmarinahotel.com or over the phone. Mention Rate Code or Group Name, if necessary. * Rates are based upon Hotel availability and is subject to change at any time with or without written notice. Management reserves all rights and any offer may be modified or discontinued without notice. * All promotional rates can be confirmed by calling the Sales Department at (562) 240-8469. * All rates are based on the room type of your preference or subject to availability of the hotel. * If you decide to make a change to your reservation later which alters the arrival or departure date, the rates are subject to change and is based on availability.
Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made and received by the hotel more than 24-hours prior to the check-in date will not be penalized of any cancellation fee or charge. * Cancellation should be made by 6PM the day prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty of equal to one (1) night stay plus room tax in the room type booked per each reservation. * If you originally reserved your room through www.seaportmarinahotel.com, you may cancel your reservation online by clicking here or you may call our reservation desk at (562) 434-8451 so we can better assist you. Length of Stay * All guests are welcome to lodge here at the SeaPort Marina Hotel for as many as 28 days. * Hotel offer rates available for Corporate Accounts with an agreement to stay longer than 28 days and is subject to Hotel's availability. Hotel Guest Parking * Guest must register his/her vehicle with the hotel. There is no parking fee if you are staying at the hotel. *some restrictions apply.
* Parking Permits are required for all cars/automobiles parked on hotel's parking lot. * DAILY / MONTHLY PARKING PERMITS are available and is based on space availability. Call (562) 240-8469 for parking rates. * Policy is strictly enforced. All cars without a valid and visible permit are subject to be TOWED-AWAY at vehicle owner's expense. Pet Policy * We are a pet friendly Hotel for cats and dogs. Please inform us at the time of reservation if you are bringing your pet and the type of pet so your reservations is under a Pet-Friendly Room. Daily or weekly fees do apply and space is limited and in selective area of hotel. At the time of registration, please register your pet by simply identifying type of pet. Rates begin at: Daily Rate at $15 per pet and Weekly rate at $75 per pet. Extra cleaning fee may apply should there be any damage or excess cleaning required.
Non-Smoking Hotel Rooms * All hotel rooms are non-smoking. There is a $250 charge for smoking in hotel room plus additional should there be any damage made to hotel item(s) or furniture.
