| Some Facts about the Hotel
The SeaPort Marina Hotel was first built in the early 1960's and was actually the Clarion Edgewater Hotel. There are one-hundred fifty hotel rooms, each being +/- 400 square feet with private bathroom and a balcony/patio. Located just outside the downtown Long Beach area, we are beautifully located at a gateway of Long Beach where we meet Seal Beach, and just across from us is the Alamitos Bay Marina. Thus, our guests enjoy the wonderful view of the marina. It is only walking distance or a bike ride from Naples Island, Belmont Shore, and Mother's Beach.
